Point North Releases "A Light In A Dark Place"
Point north is featuring members of Best Kept secret and currently signed to Dark Kingdom Records. Point North Released their debut single in late January with a music video for the song "Dearly Departed" which is a fast upbeat pop punk song with pop punk guitar riffs and bass lines. Which was perfect match which set the bar high. Following the release of "Dearly Departed" the band dropped the second track of the EP "Godspeed". Which was a little disappointing but still not a bad song. Since the release of the second track we waited for the Ep.
Well, the wait is over "A Light In A Dark Place is now out. Right off the top the EP is a a punk Album at heart. Point north has delivered a Slivertein meets New Found Glory attitude on every track of the album. Even the ballot "Everybody Fades" on the album which is the fifth track on the album. The Band delivers punk album with hints of the pop side of music. You will find everything on the album from the pop guitar, bass and drums riffs to the catchy lyrics that will have you rocking with the songs in the car or at the show.
